There is no supervision staff on-site, so you are responsible for your own safety.
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a guardian. A guardian is a parent or a person aged 18 or
older (excluding high school students) who has the ability to supervise. Children cannot use the pool alone.
Please be sure to wear a swimming cap and swimsuit.
To ensure safe use of the pool, hotel staff will instruct and warn you if you engage in prohibited or
nuisance behavior. If you do not follow these rules, you will be prohibited from using the pool or your use
will be restricted and you will be asked to leave.
Please be sure to shower before entering the pool.
Please remove makeup, hair products, body paint, and sunscreen oil.
You cannot use the pool while wearing clothes. (Rash guards are not allowed.)
Please refrain from wearing watches, glasses, or jewelry, as there is a risk of accidents or injuries due to
contact.
Diving is prohibited.
Please refrain from using or bringing in toys, paddles, fins, or snorkels other than swim rings.
We are not responsible for theft or loss of valuables, so please keep them with you.
Please do not bring food or drinks into the pool.
Bringing alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited.
Please refrain from using audio equipment.
To protect privacy and prevent crime, it is prohibited to take pictures of other customers with cameras or
cell phones.
Please do some warm-up exercises before entering the pool.
Please take regular breaks and drink water to ensure your health and prevent accidents.
2. The following people cannot use the pool.
Unaccompanied children (12 years old and under).
People who are feeling unwell or have unhealed wounds, such as a cold.
People with infectious diseases, heart disease, eye disease, ear disease, skin disease, etc.
People who have been prohibited from entering the water by a doctor.
People under the influence of alcohol.
People associated with organized crime or other anti-social forces.
People with tattoos (except for those wearing rash guards or protective stickers).
People who wear diapers (including training pants) in their daily lives.
※Pools for infants and toddlers, and disposable diapers are also not allowed.
Those who are likely to disturb good morals or who are deemed to be a hindrance to management.
