You can request early check-in if you would like to check in before 2pm by calling or contacting our front desk. 30% of your room charge will be applied for early check-in. Please be reminded we might not be able to accept your requests depending on our room availabilities.

You can request late you would like to checkout after 11 a.m. by calling or contacting our front desk.Charges for late check out are as below
After 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. 30% of your room charge.
2 p.m. to 5 p.m. 50% of your room charge.
After 5 p.m. 100% of your room charge.
Please be reminded we might not be able to accept your requests depending on our room availabilities.

There are no extra charges if a kid who is under 3 years old shares one bed with an adult. We might refuse more than the number of allowed guest staying in one room or charge extra per additional guest. Please contact us directly about detailed information.

We can keep your luggage at our front desk even before your check-in.

We can prepare a bento (Breakfast/Lunch box) for your breakfast from 4:00 am.If you are staying at our hotel through a package that includes breakfast, we can serve both a breakfast box and a lunch box without additional charge. If you would like to request only a lunch box (bento), the price of a lunch box is 660 Yen. (Excluded tax) If you would like to have a bento, please put in a request to us before 7:00 pm the day before your hike.

You can make a reservation for dinner at anytime with one of our staff, as long as we have space at restaurant. Prices for our course meals start from Yen 6600 (Excluded tax). An a la carte menu is also available. Advanced reservation is recommended.

We can arrange a rental car. Please place a request with us and give us your information (the number of people, days, type/class preference of car, etc.) in advance.
